i have finally decided on a word for the new year...renew. i want to renew so many aspects of my life. renew relationships that are in need of it. renew myself physically, mentally and spiritually. renew my love inside and out. i think renew is a fab word and fits perfect with what i want to accomplish.
i have also decided that in the new year i will document my weight loss efforts on my bloggie...i always have kept it real here and intend to in the upcoming year...i will post pictures monthly and document what i have lost...
