tuesday - chicken and dumplings

wednesday - country style casserole (recipe below) and pull apart bacon bread

thursday - french onion pan rolls and zuppa toscana soup

friday - leftovers  :)

saturday - hotdogs, pork and kielbasa cooked in sauerkraut with mashed potatoes

sunday - out to dinner

country style casserole

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 package frozen, shredded hashbrowns
4 cups cubed cooked chicken or ham
3 cups sliced frozen carrots (optional)

in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.  stir in hash browns, chicken and carrot if desired.  transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.  cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.  uncover, bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly.
