monday - quick pig casserole (cabbage, 96% fat free hamburg, brown rice, sauerkraut and tomato soup)...one of my absolute FAVS and soooo healthy!!! under 250 calories a serving (and only 5 weight watchers points) and it's packed with protein and fiber...i highly recommend this one!!! i plan on making a big ole' batch of it and freezing it in single serving containers for quick lunch and dinners.
tuesday - chicken marinated in state fair Big Hawaii Teriyaki Marinade cooked on my foreman grill, brown rice and a veggie...
wednesday - spaghetti with meat sauce (whole wheat pasta, my own canned spaghetti sauce and 96% fat free ground beef)
thursday - chicken pie...this is, without a doubt, one of my FAV meals!!! i will alter it a bit to make it healthier (which means less butter, lol...also instead of using buttermilk i use skim milk with a tsp of vinegar in it)...
friday - the kids and i will be grabbing a quick bite to eat in town...i'm thinking, my fav, SUBWAY!
saturday - out to dinner with the fam
sunday - baked ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn
out for now
