meal planning monday

this weeks edition...

monday - chicken stuffed shells with a side of corn, another family fav (my kids have been telling me for weeks they are hungry for these)...i prepare these the night before so they just need popped in the oven when i get home...

tuesday - ham and bean soup...something everyone (minus the oldest) loves...

wednesday - leftovers (hopefully)

thursday - hobo bean soup...i love this soup (the oldest little does NOT, he isn't a lover of beans)...it's packed full of fiber and isn't bad on the diet...i cut the sugar amounts in half (to also be easier on the diet) and i didn't add bacon to it...i'm hoping to be able to freeze some of it in single servings for a quick grab-and-go for lunches at work...

friday - subway ♥

saturday - out to dinner with the fam

sunday - joes famous bbq ribs and cheesy potatoes and ranch bread...can't hardly wait for this comfort packed meal!!!
