meal planning monday

monday - i'm not quite feeling up to par so tonight is leftovers, easy peasy...

tuesday - mozzarella stuffed meatballs with spaghetti and garlic bread...i'm going to use extra lean ground beef and do my best to find fat free mozzarella...

wednesday - smart ones for me, hot pockets for everyone else...

thursday - chili...joe requested it a few weeks back and i never made it...

friday - fish and baked potatoes, easy and healthy  =)

saturday - homemade stromboli and breadsticks...i will be having buffalo chicken stromboli while i'm sure the rest of the fam will stick with a more traditional...THIS will be a meal everyone loves...

sunday - out to dinner with my fam
