meal planning monday


monday - breakfast for dinner, pancakes and sausage...

tuesday - chicken and biscuit casserole

wednesday - hobo bean soup ...i love this soup (the oldest little does NOT, he isn't a lover of beans)...it's packed full of fiber and isn't bad on the diet...i cut the sugar amounts in half (to also be easier on the diet) and i didn't add bacon to it.

thursday - chicken fingers and seasoned curly fries baked in the oven, simple and easy...

friday - hamburgers and baked potato salad

saturday - pizza and movie night with my fam

sunday - mississippi roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and homemade bread
